I created this collection of Keep It Simple workshop videos, mentor reflection guides, templates and other digital tools especially for Family Daycare Educators to support your important role and ignite your learning across 4 different pillars of professional development I've identified as essential for all educators.
This introductory bundle has been compiled as part of The Empowered Ed Mentorship and Keep It Simple Approach To Professional Development.
The aim of this approach is to build your confidence, simplify your planning & help motivate you to stay in the early childhood profession so you can continue to contribute to the early education of children, run a successful business and enjoy your work again.

You have lifetime access to all of the videos here in the mentor me library and you can download certificates and any other workshop handouts/resources included by scrolling down to the bottom of each video page as you can see in the image shown below...
Empowered Ed Timesaver Tip - I suggest creating specific folders on your own hard drive or device files so you can save your resources on the go as masters to reuse and duplicate as often as needed. That way you'll always know where to find them and won't waste time looking for things!

Your 1st step is to take a look at the training available within each area and choose the one that you feel would be most helpful to you right now -start there.
You don't have a time limit to complete the training sessions so go at your own pace and don't put unceccessary pressure on yourself to watch and do everything at once.
You'll find a Mentor Moment reflection guide under each video that will help you to take what you've learnt or been inspired by and set a goal with action steps you feel are achievable...I want to support you to take action toward simplifying your planning and gaining more time back with the children...not just give you a video to watch!
